"The Depot should be great as it is managed by the same family that owns and operates the award winning Vintage Press, only a few blocks away. Known as a watering hole for locals, the old railroad depot was not the place you would go to impress anyone. However, a couple of years ago, the Vartanian family took it over and as result it's now a 5 star restaurant with superb meals and first class service!"

"The tables are elegantly set and the wait staff are attentive without being intrusive. My husband ordered the pork chop which was very thick and juicy with lots of great flavor.

I had the salmon over the spinach with rice. It was perfectly cooked with the outside seared and the inside flaky. The chopped salad was very tasty."

"We started with bacon wrapped dates, crispy Monterey Bay calamari, and
grilled slab bacon for appetizers. We had The Depot French dip and the  612 Room burger for our main dishes. We had chocolate mousse cake and  cheesecake for dessert. We had a Southern Belle and a traditional
martini for our drinks.
